On the authority of Tawīlah bint Aslam, she said: I prayed Dhuhr or Asr in the Masjid of Banī Hārithah, so we faced Masjid Aylia (Jerusalem) and we prayed two units of prayer, then someone came to us telling us that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had indeed faced Masjid al Harām, so the men turned to the place of the women, and the women the place of the men, so we prayed the remaining two units while we were facing Masjid al Harām. Ibrāhīm bin Ja’far said: Men narrated to me from Banī Hārithah, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when this reached him, said: They are a people who believed in the unseen (al ghayb).
